After purchasing your new Triumph TXP-12, our Customer Service team will contact you via phone to confirm your availability to take the delivery. We will need 3 possible delivery dates from you to get this booked. Your order will be booked for delivery on one of the delivery dates you have provided. We will confirm the date to you and share tracking information, and our team will keep in touch throughout the process.

When can I expect delivery?
Your order will be delivered to you in 8-12 working days from the point of order. Our customer service team will be in touch with you during the full delivery process.

Can I return my Triumph TXP-12?
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. To start the process, please reach out to our customer service team on shopsupport@triumph.co.uk
Please note that if you are enquiring to return your order due to a possible issue or fault with the bike, we may require this to be investigated at your local Triumph Dealership before this can be returned. This does not apply within the 14 day period, within which you may return your order for any reason.
Can I cancel my order?
If you have changed your mind about your purchase after we have e-mailed you an Order Confirmation, you can return this within 14 calendar days of receipt of the items and get a refund, provided that you make the product available for collection by our nominated courier.
Please note that while the items remain in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe and in good condition. For more details head over to our Terms & Conditions.
In case of returns for change of mind (right of withdrawal), you will be fully reimbursed for your initial order payment excluding any shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund once we have received and processed your return in our warehouse.
The shipping time of a returned parcel is typically 10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). The amount will be refunded via your original payment method. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
Please note that refunds back to your account are typically processed by our payments provider within 5 working days.

I have an issue with my TXP-12, who should I contact?
Please contact your nominated Triumph Dealership, who will work with you to investigate and resolve any concerns you may have with your bike. Your nominated dealership will be communicated with you after you have placed your order, prior to delivery.
